We proudly make all our sausages in a state-of-the-art facility in Canada, the place we chose to call home! CFIA APPROVED!

They are made in small batches to assure the highest quality, and we only use the best ingredients.

We religiously follow our family recipes, dating back to 1930, when our grandfather opened his first butcher shop, in the countryside of Brazil.

Every time you go to a Brazilian restaurant, you will find Toscana Sausages.
These pork sausages are ideal for grilling, but also go great on the oven, skillet, or even electric fryers.

We keep doing it the same way our parents and grandparents did, as a reminder of our heritage.
These sausages are made with premium pork cuts, such as loin and shoulder, cut into chunky pieces, so you can feel the actual meat texture and juices in every bite.

Malagueta Pepper
The Traditional Coil - Spicy sausages follow the same receipt as the Traditional Mild.

The difference is that on this one, we add a generous amount of Malagueta Peppers, a hot pepper common in Brazil, and known to many other cultures in Europe and Africa. You may know it as Piri-Piri peppers

Our Calabrese is made with premium pork loin and shoulder cuts and double smoked! Smoke from real Maple wood!

The result is a sausage with a delicious smoke flavor and smell, ideal for traditional Brazilian dishes like Feijoada, or served as an appetizer, like sauteed with onions!
